Arah Gould, MA LPC completed the Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) program in 2022. Arah is currently a Family Support Specialist at the Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC) in Oregon. At ORPARC, family support specialists provide information & referral; training & education; therapeutic listening; systems navigation; advocacy; and personalized parenting consultation to families who have adopted out of the OR state child welfare system or another state’s child welfare system (and now reside in Oregon). We do not provide therapy directly but are happy to help a family find an adoption competent therapist in their area. ORPARC services are free to eligible families.

She serves mostul rural areas on the east coast, Duplin, Pender, Sampson and Wilmington counties. Ariene specializes in TF-CBT and CBT. Ashley J. Davis, LMHP, LPC received her degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2009. Brian Crouse, LIPC’s private practice focuses on providing adoption-competent mental health services for children and adolescents, addressing grief and trauma related concerns.
Brianna Woodside, MSW, completed the TAC in Nebraska in 2015. She is the assistant program director for the Pregnancy Parenting and Adoption Program at the Nebraska Children’s Home Society. With 10 years of experience, Brianna has worked with parents considering adoption and provided pre and post adoption support and education to adoptive families, adopted persons and birth parents.
Brittany Inskeep Froning, MSW, LCSWA is an interim adoptions supervisor for Easton County Dept. of Health and Human Services, serving youth in foster care in Gaston County. She completed C.A.S.E.’s Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) program in 2019.
