C.A.S.E. is leading the Northern Post Adoption Regional Consortium (NPAC) with our partners, Children’s Home Society, NACAC and enCircle, to offer FREE post adoption services, supports  and events. These services are available to families thanks to the generous funding from Virginia Department of Social Services.
