Teletherapy can be effective for youth. Once an evaluation has been completed, your therapist will make treatment recommendations including the use of teletherapy.

As with any form of treatment, there may be some risks to teletherapy that may include, but are not limited to interruptions in the session due to technological difficulties, discomfort with virtual face-to-face interactions vs. in-person treatment, and limited access to immediate resources if risk of self-harm or other harm becomes apparent.

While we do not participate as an “in-network provider” with insurance plans, we can help guide you with information on how to obtain out of network reimbursement.

Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50-75% of the cost per session. C.A.S.E. will provide you with a Superbill which includes detailed receipts including all the necessary information if you choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Check with your insurance provider to see what is covered under your plan.

Clients may qualify for certain grants and/or C.A.S.E’s Fund-A-Family Scholarship Program.

Please inquire about these additional options during initial appointment inquiry.

C.A.S.E. does not turn away anyone due to financial reasons.
