Shaaron Boyles, MSW, LCSW has been working within the mental health field for over 20 years. She earned a BA in Psychology from UNC-Greensboro. After undergraduate school, she moved to western North Carolina where she provided a variety of therapeutic services in a variety of settings and continues to work closely with the Department of Social Services and law enforcement in multiple counties, providing sex offender specific evaluations. Shaaron has provided mental health therapy to children, families and adults. She has experience in behavioral disruptions, anxiety, ADHD and other common mental health issues. She consults with educators to consult on the impact of trauma and attachment breaks on the brain and impact on learning. She also provides trainings for the campus foster community, the school system and other agencies specific to trauma, attachment and sexual development/misconduct. Shaaron is certified to provide trainings for Circle of Security (c) and UNC Jordan Institute’s “Practical Solutions.”
