Fran Ballengee, LPC, graduated from the TAC program in Catawaba County, North Carolina in 2013.  She is a therapist at the Crossroads Counseling Center in Hickory, NC.  Fran provides clinical services to individuals and families in Burke, Caldwell, Alexander, Lincoln and Catawba Counties.  Her areas of clinical specialization are adoption, foster care, sexual abuse, and neglect. Her practice focuses on children who exhibit issues in controlling emotions and behavior, with a particular interest in working with children in foster care and children adopted through local social service agencies.
