VA FAMILIES: Dip N Paint at Home

Let your children bring out their inner artist with this fun, creative activity from the comfort of home.

Families are eligible for this event and NPAC services if they reside in the Northern region of Virginia and are one of the following:

1. A family with a finalized adoption (or a signed APA*) of a youth between the ages of 0 to 18 years; families with young adults under 21 may be eligible
2. KinGAP families
3. State-funded subsidy families

Each family will receive an art kit (smock, table easel, paint, brushes, and palette) by mail for each participating child. Parents/guardians need only provide a cup of water and paper towels for their artists. Asia Thomas will provide step-by-step instructions leading the children to a finished masterpiece. Although this is a virtual event, space is limited so please register today!

NOTE: This is a virtual event. This activity is suitable for children ages 6 to 18 years of age and a parent/guardian must be present to supervise.

• CHSVA will cover the cost of each child’s art kit. Please note that this is for household members only (family members who live within the adopted youth or kinship youth’s household) and the adoptee or kinship youth must be present. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the family.
• Once you check out on Eventbrite, you must stay on the site to answer the questions after the confirmation screen. Families who register without completing the questions will have their registration cancelled.
• Families that register in advance will receive an email the week before the event with the Zoom link and login information.
• Registration deadline is Friday, November 7.
