Families are eligible for NPAC services if they live in the Virginia counties of Alexandria, Arlington, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Fredericksburg, Greene, Harrisonburg/Rockingham, King George, Loudoun, Louisa, Madison, Manassas City/Park, Orange, Page, Prince William, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Warren, and Winchester and have one of following:
1.) A finalized adoption of a child ages 0-18; in some cases, NPAC can serve families with youth up to age 21. 2.) Guardianship of a child through KinGAP, or 3.) State-funded kinship custody.
These services are generously funded by the Virginia Department of Social Services.
