Through classroom and remote instruction as well as clinical case consultation, TAC participants master 12 domains that are critical to adoption-competent mental health services.
Our 1800+ graduates have all said that the training has improved their practice. With 19 TAC training sites across 19 states and more on the way, many more families now have access to expert adoption-competent mental health care.
The TAC is now the only assessment-based certificate adoption competency program accredited by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
As a result of this accreditation process, the TAC curriculum materials have been updated and are no longer available via our website for past TAC students/graduates.
As an accredited program, we now offer graduates who pass the final assessment a digital badge that can be used in your email signature and in social media to show that you are a graduate of an accredited program.
If you are interested in having this digital badge and having access to the new curriculum materials, you will need to register for one of the TAC Refresher Trainings offered throughout the year. The cost is $240, including the cost of the assessment.
