Pilot Sites

Launching the NTI Interactive Web-Based Trainings

NTI is preparing for the national launch of two state-of-the-art web-based trainings – making them available to child welfare and mental health professionals in all states, tribes and territories.


NTI is piloting two web-based training curricula in 8 states and one tribal region:   California, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington, and the Cherokee Nation. (see the map below).

  • The Pilot of the Child Welfare Professional and Supervisor Curriculum is ongoing from January to December 2017.
  • The Mental Health Practitioner Curriculum and Coaching sessions are currently under development with plans to pilot in Spring 2018.

NTI Implementation Specialists

NTI Implementation Specialists are leading implementation planning and provide technical assistance to pilot sites to build capacity and readiness for implementation/piloting of the web-based trainings. The Specialists also support the integration of NTI into training systems.
