We are pleased to announce our partnership with the University of Oklahoma (OU) and Oklahoma Human Services (OHS). From July 2023 – June 2024, we will be running our first external pilot of the C.A.S.E. Academy to develop the Oklahoma workforce.
In this unique collaboration, we will support OU in recruiting, training and providing adoption specialty supervision to 5 advanced year MSW students. We will concurrently be providing consultation to the administration for the expansion of an adoption competent system, including preparing their next generation of clinicians and supervisors.
With access to our newly unveiled Instructional Video library and award winning National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI)™ free web-based training and Training for Adoption Competency (TAC)™ curriculum, OU interns and supervisors will be supported in integrating knowledge into adoption competent practice. We will be thrilled to measure the outcomes of this pilot to learn from and expand the work of the Academy into other workforce preparation across the country!
