Rachel Wegner, Regional Manager – Case Management, holds an MSW from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Rachel is the new Regional Manager of NPAC at C.A.S.E. Previously, Rachel worked in several clinical research settings and was the president of a small non-profit organization advocating for ethical and transparent adoption practices. Most recently, Rachel worked for the accrediting entity for intercountry adoption to accredit, monitor, and oversee adoption service providers in intercountry adoption. Rachel resides in northern Virginia with her spouse, two children, and two dogs.You have questions?

Due to traumatic life experiences and compromised beginnings, many children who are adopted, who are being raised by relatives (kinship care), or have experienced foster care have higher risks for developmental, health, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.
