Training Coordinator
About the Position:
C.A.S.E. is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of training requests (both internal and external) for parents and professionals for C.A.S.E./National Training Institute, including webinars, in-person trainings, topical workshops, support groups, and other requests, as needed. Collaborate with Human Resources on development and provision of trainings to support professional development of staff.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of the National Training Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of annual training calendar in collaboration with appropriate staff/departments, considering survey feedback from the current year, trends, current events, identified needs of staff/clients and input from prospective presenters. Trainings include the following:
a. Strengthening Your Family Webinar Series
b. W.I.S.E. Up! Facilitator in person or virtual training
c. W.I.S.E. Up! Family workshops (in-person)
d. Beneath the Mask Clinician training
e. Topical workshops, webinars
f. Parent support groups
g. Contracted trainings we provide to external host agencies
- Serve as the point of contact and provide customer service for all C.A.S.E. hosted training and support group requests and external/contracted, arranging presenters, assigning Zoom links for virtual meetings; and providing on-going communication with hosts/sponsors and presenters/facilitators through event completion. Provide ongoing communication with internal and external presenters/facilitators, marketing department, and front desk staff to assure seamless execution of events.
- Process training requests to assure necessary information is shared for timely marketing and registration of events.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective presenters and external training partners/contractors.
- Serve as the liaison between Training Department with Administrative support staff to assure provision/delivery of all training materials for contracted trainings.
- Compile and oversee the submission of all needed materials for timely CEU approval by NASW, ABSW, or other providers for designated trainings (i.e., speaker bios, photos, resumes, training descriptions, learning objectives, presentations, and post-tests).
- Serve as host for the virtual or in-person C.A.S.E. hosted trainings/events assuring a professional user experience for training participants, including sharing housekeeping details, providing presenter introductions.
- Provide support to presenters including feedback/assistance with PowerPoint presentations, sharing survey feedback; and providing technical/presentation support for events.
- Collaborate with the Training, Marketing, and Clinical Teams to develop internal work processes, procedures, guidelines, expectations/standards, and documents to support the National Training Institute infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Human Resources in the planning, development, and coordination of new employee orientation and training programs for staff based on identified needs, including development of instructional materials and manuals, and utilizing LMS and technology, as appropriate.
- Review participant feedback from all training/group events to assess training and presenter effectiveness, providing feedback to presenters, including areas of improvement.
- Process all training contracts/agreements and presenter reimbursement/invoices timely.
- Work collaboratively with the LMS Administrator to ensure all trainings have certificates, surveys and participant attendance is tracked.
- In conjunction with the administrative support staff maintain updated training supplies and materials.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the annual Kids Adoption Network event and family fun day events with other C.A.S.E. staff, as needed.
Qualifications:
We seek a strategic and collaborative problem-solver who has demonstrated alignment with C.A.S.E.’s mission through lived, work, or volunteer experience and a background in education. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating on a team and has prior experience in a wide range of educational functions and knowledge of the educational systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with demonstrated experience in training coordination, event planning and/or training facilitation.
- Master’s degree preferred

- Belief in working as a cohesive team and exhibits strong skills to build an effective team.
- Working knowledge of efficient filing systems, office machines and equipment including computer hardware.
