Karen Meyer serves as the Marketing Project Manager for the National Adoption Mental Health Competency Initiative (NTI) at the Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.).  In this capacity, Ms. Meyer plans, creates, and executes marketing communications to engage and educate professionals about the importance of the NTI web-based training for advancing practice across child welfare and mental health sectors.

Ms. Meyer has more than 30 years of experience in marketing communications including public relations, visual design, program management, events planning, website administration, digital content marketing and social media.  She has managed numerous marketing programs and created integrated communications to educate diverse audiences across a wide spectrum of communication channels within the healthcare, education, technology, financial, and environmental sectors.

Ms. Meyer received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and Visual Communications from North Carolina State University and has continued education including numerous marketing courses and national training conferences throughout her career.  Prior to joining NTI, Ms. Meyer served as the Director of Marketing for several organizations including the nation’s largest patient education video library company.
