Jessica Ramstad, B.S.S.W., MSW, LGSW, is a Social Service Program Advisor in the Child Safety and Permanency Division of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.  In her role, she approves adoption assistance eligibility and ensures the state’s compliance with state and federal law.  Jessica provides training and technical assistance to counties, private child-placing agencies, and parents or prospective parents of children with special needs.  She is an alumna of the Title IV-E training programs at Minnesota State University-Manako and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
