Emily Alewine, MSW, LISW, completed the TAC with the University of Minnesota in 2013. She holds a BA from Hamline University, St. Paul, MN and a MSW from the University of St. Thomas/University of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN. Emily is Program Manager & Clinical Specialist for the HELP Program through the MN ADOPT organization. The HELP Program is focused on providing post-adoption clinical support and linkage assistance for the Minnesota adoption community. Since 2000, Emily has focused on working with children, teens and families touched by out-of-home placement and/or trauma. Her experience extends to Residential Treatment, Emergency Shelter Services, Pregnancy Services, Birth Parent Support, Open Adoption and Post-Adoption Supportive Services. Her clinical specialization is in post-adoption support.
