Debra N. Schneider, LICSW, PIP  is the Executive Director for the CHIPS Center (Children’s Hospital Intervention and Prevention Services). CHIPS provides non-acute forensic medical examinations and counseling and prevention services for clients in the state of Alabama. Debra serves children and families affected by child abuse, children with safety plans and children who have been adopted and who are in foster care.
