Charlotte McDonald, MSW, LICSW is working as a program consultant in the Child Safety & Permanency Division at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. She has over 14 years of experience in the child welfare field, working in various roles from Guardian ad Litem, child protection case manager, adoption case manager and therapeutic social worker for foster children and their families. Charlotte has training and experience in Signs of Safety, safety planning, creating narratives for children, and facilitating Family Group Decision Making. In addition to completing PACC, Charlotte also has a certificate in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health. She is a licensing supervisor for both non-clinical and clinical social work licensees.
