C.A.S.E.’s CEO Debbie Riley LCMFT, Clinical Services Director Lisa Dominguez LCSW-C and Development Director Tamara Arsenault all attended a ceremony today where the County Council of Montgomery County, Maryland proclaimed November 2016 to be National Adoption Awareness Month.
