NPAC is thrilled to offer an amazing opportunity, led by two experienced post-adoption support coaches, for parents to meet other adoptive parents and learn some brain-based approaches to preventing and combating blocked care. Parents who are looking for strategies to reset their nervous system, find the calm in their lives, and convene with fellow adoptive parents are welcome to join!

This group will follow the book, Foundations for Every Parent’s Guide to Reclaim Compassion: A Neuroscience Approach to Overcoming Blocked Care by Melissa Corkum and Lisa C. Qualls. The NPAC team will mail each participating family a book prior to the start of the group. The facilitators request that each participating family commit to joining 6 of 8 meetings.
