Grab your favorite ball cap, bring the family, and meet us at the Fredericksburg Nationals Stadium to cheer on the minor league baseball team, the Fredericksburg Nationals!

All the families who attend will be seated together in the same section. Come get to know other adoptive and kinship families and enjoy this treasured pastime together! Game time is 1:35 PM.

Families are eligible for this event and NPAC services if they reside in the Northern region of Virginia and are one of the following:

  1. A family with a finalized adoption (or a signed APA*) of a youth between the ages of 0 to 18 years; families with young adults under 21 may be eligible
  2. KinGAP families
  3. State-funded subsidy families

This opportunity is provided to families for free in our service region thanks to our partnership with Virginia Department of Social Services.

This event is hosted by Children’s Home Society of Virginia (CHSVA) and the Northern Post Adoption Consortium (NPAC) for families residing in the NPAC service region. The region includes: Frederick/Winchester, Clark County, Loudoun County, Warren County, Shenandoah County, Falls Church/Arlington/Fairfax/Alexandria, Fairfax County, Fauquier County, Manassas/Manassas Park, Prince William County, Page County, Rappahannock County, Culpeper County, Stafford County, King George County, Spotsylvania County, Fredericksburg, Rockingham/Harrisonburg, Greene County, Orange County, and Louisa County.
