About the Author

Rhonda Roorda, MA, a Black transracial adoptee and career professional, deeply engages with the emotional, cultural, and generational issues that influence multiracial families and diverse workplaces. As an author and researcher, she has contributed one of the most impactful works on transracial adoption over the past 25 years. Moreover, in her roles as a speaker, executive coach, and consultant, she passionately helps families, professionals, organizations, and boards shift from uncertainty to understanding, from mediocrity to excellence, foster resilience and teamwork, and advance from harm towards meaningful healing.
