Executive Director of the Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of NY (AFFCNY), Founder of You Gotta Believe! The Older Child Adoption & Permanency Movement, Inc., Radio Host of “After the Kids Move In Radio Forum” on WGBB, 1240AM

Pat O’Brien, an adoptive father who lives in the Coney Island community of Brooklyn, NY, is an executive with multiple roles and a WGBB radio host of “After the Kids Move In,” having extensive experience in the field of foster care and adoption. In addition, he started a nationally-known agency, You Gotta Believe, worked as a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter for the State of Connecticut, and served as an AGAPE lead director for the Coalition’s Long Island post adoption service program. Pat was also a consultant on the federally-funded Quality Improvement Center on Adoption and Guardian Support and Preservation post-adoption services grant, and is a member of the North American Council on Adoptable Children Board of Directors.
