NTI Mental Health Practitioner Curriculum Focus
The web-based training is 25 hours and focuses on assessment, support and therapeutic interventions which promote permanency and improve well-being for children in foster care, adoptive and guardianship placements. It is designed for Mental Health Professionals to gain foundational knowledge, values, and skills for adoption competent practice. Coaching calls and other resources can support the transfer of learning.
Interested in the pilot training?
The pilot was held from March 2018 through Sept. 2018. However, this training is still open for interested Mental Health Professionals in pilot sites prior to national launch.
