Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.) is a national leader in mental health services for the adoption and foster care community with the core mission to improve the lives of children who have been adopted or in foster care and their families through counseling, lifelong education, and a growing national network of trained professionals.
For over 25 years, C.A.S.E. has been combining best practices and innovation to provide specialized individual and family therapy, psychiatric services and support groups and have become a local, national, and international resource for adoptive, kinship and foster families and the professionals who support them. Since 2009 C.A.S.E. has been developing national adoption competency curricula to bolster the skills of professionals in more effectively addressing the mental health issues for the foster and adoption community. C.A.S.E. is a national leader in these areas of workforce development and is expanding its impact into the educational arena. In 2021 following a rigorous strategic planning process C.A.S.E. set a new strategic direction to grow C.A.S.E. ‘s clinical and training programs into a National Demonstration and Teaching Clinic to expand its adoption competent training programs across the country.
C.A.S.E. has an annual budget of $7.5 million and a staff of 55 employees.
About the Position:
C.A.S.E. is seeking a motivated, resourceful, creative, mission-driven, team-oriented Marketing Manager to add to our energetic team. This position will be key to our strategic marketing outreach efforts specifically for the work of the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI). It will use web-based and social marketing platforms along with creative outreach channels to capitalize on current outreach trends to reach and engage child welfare and mental health professionals nationwide with key message content.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Senior Director, NTI.
The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating on a team and has prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including but not limited to strategic digital communications, SEO/SEM, advertising, building partnerships, branding, database management and social media (including content creation). Marketing tasks and projects include outreach through all communication channels, driving data-base growth and management, growing social media audiences, creating written and visual content, and building communication partnership.
