The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing and Communications Team responsible for successfully executing C.A.S.E.’s marketing and communication strategy in order to promote C.A.S.E.’s position as a thought leader and trusted resource dedicated to serving adoptive, foster, kinship, and guardianship families and the professionals who support them and to advance and substantially increase the impact of its programs and fundraising efforts.
Develop and implement communications and marketing strategy to raise national profile of C.A.S.E., support fundraising efforts, support business development/new client recruitment, and marketing deliverables associated with various grants.
Works with a variety of clinical and community programs to develop and execute marketing strategies to support grant implementation.
Manages internal marketing and communications, including program-specific marketing and collateral, internal brand consistency, and communication planning.
Develops, distributes, and maintains all print and electronic collateral materials including, but not limited to, annual report, newsletters, e-mail blasts, brochures, one sheets, flyers, sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Serves as lead with existing partners and actively seeks out new partners to help grow C.A.S.E.’s national footprint and further its mission.
Actively markets all C.A.S.E. programs and publications, meeting/exceeding publication sales goals.
Design and launch email marketing campaigns, monthly newsletter, and other e-blasts as needed.
Coordinate and manage conferences and trade show appearances, including all marketing materials.
Keeps abreast of and maintains expertise on trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Analyzes and reports the effectiveness of marketing strategies on an ongoing basis.
Manages freelance designers, third party vendors and other partner relationships.
Act as C.A.S.E. brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects and internal/external communications
Increase operational efficiency and help set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed.
Promote C.A.S.E. through local and national public relations initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key journalists and other members of the print and broadcast media.
Create and distribute press releases, media content, press kits.
Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and corporate sponsors.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or related experience
4-6 years of marketing/communications/public relations experience
Prior experience must include email marketing, social media, and web-based marketing tools.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $52-57K (depending on experience) plus Vacation leave, Sick leave, Holiday leave
