This will be an engaging webinar featuring examples of NTI learning and skills application from three NTI Host Sites that have integrated this training into their professional development array. Participants will explore the life-long process of adoption, including factors that shape adjustment and either support or threaten children’s and the family’s ongoing safety, permanency and well-being.
