Clinical Program Manager

Clinical Program Manager

$1,000 SIGNING BONUS WITH SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE 90 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD.

The Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.), is seeking a Clinical Program Manager with entrepreneurial skills to open the Baltimore City Office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Position will lead the opening of a new C.A.S.E. office in Baltimore City
  2. Will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships, building service array and marketing services
  3. Will provide direct clinical services to adoptive, kinship and foster care families.
  4. Will be responsible for day-to-day operations with support from other C.A.S.E. office staff

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 10 years of experience in the field of mental health including serving foster care, adoption and kinship families
  2. Proven skills in program management with capacity to drive a new office from concept to goals
  3. Desire to provide direct service and manage operations
  4. Ability to operate independently and deliver in a high pace environment
  5. Must possess a current license to independently practice in Maryland
  6. Experience working in Baltimore City highly desirable
  7. Ability to work on a community and client level and drive outcomes in both at all times

We offer:

  • Flexible work hours (weekdays/ evenings / weekends)
  • Opportunities for continuing education including clinical supervision
  • TAC (Training for Adoption Competency) training, a nationally recognized curriculum

Salary range: 80k – 85k FT
