C.A.S.E. Launches New Learning Management System

C.A.S.E. is excited to announce the launch of our own CASEinstitute Learning Management System! This has been quite an endeavor but as of November 2021 we are now housing and providing all of our web-based and live trainings/webinars through CASEinstitute.

This includes our National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI)TM for Child Welfare and Mental Health Professionals, Training for Adoption Competency (TAC)TM curriculum materials for trainers and enrolled students, the Strengthening Your Family Webinars (with 600 free seats with the coupon code per webinar), as well as other trainings and webinars we will offer as part of our calendar of events.

The CASEinstitute LMS requires users to create an account with a username (which is your email address) and a password of your choosing. The good news is that your account keeps track of all the trainings you are eligible to enroll in as well as all the trainings you have purchased, enrolled in or completed. The system will automatically issue you certificates for trainings you have completed, including continuing education credits, as applicable. All of this information is kept for you to access as you need. If you forget your password, you can request that it be reset!

If you previously enrolled in Strengthening Your Family webinars, NTI web-based trainings or TAC Training, you already have an account in CASEinstitute and should have received an email already about how to access the account.

You can also use the instructions below. If you are new to our training offerings you can create an account in CASEinstitute at any time and will have access to enroll in various webinars and trainings.

New account:

  • Go to: https://case.myabsorb.com
  • You can choose to sign up as a member of the Adoption Constellation (adoptees, adoptive parents, etc.) or as a Professional (child welfare, mental health, etc.). If you fall in both categories, we would suggest you sign up as a professional as you will also have access to trainings specifically for professionals.
  • To create your account you should use your email address for your username and your chosen password (keep track of your password!)
  • Once you create your account you will have access to your dashboard

Already have an account?

  • Go to: https://case.myabsorb.com
  • Use your email address for your username and your chosen password
  • If you don’t remember your password, you can request to reset your password and you will receive an email from “CASEinstitute” with the subject line: C.A.S.E. Training Institute Password Reset within a few minutes. Please check your junk/spam folder also.

We know that changing technology can be challenging and we hope this transition will be a smooth one for all. Ultimately, CASEinstitute will allow us better functionality, the ability to issue certificates automatically, and provide a “one-stop shop” for all your trainings.

If you have problems, please reach out to: LMSHelp@adoptionsupport.org during regular business hours (EST).
