This will be a wonderful, supportive group of adoptive parents and kinship caregivers. While the topics will be the same as previous cohorts of the NTDC curriculum, the discussion may be very different! Each group will feature materials created for adoptive families and will include time for reflection and discussion.

• Trauma-Related Behavior
• Effective Communication

This cohort will be open to all adoptive and kinship families in the Northern region of Virginia and the state of Maryland thanks to generous grant support from the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) and the Maryland Department of Human Services (MD-DHS).
