NTI Child Welfare Practitioner Curriculum Focus
The modular web-based training is 20 hours and focuses on casework practices to promote child well-being and family stability. It is designed for Child Welfare Professionals to gain the foundational knowledge, values, and skills for adoption competent practice. Child Welfare Supervisors will receive an additional 3 hours of training and a “Coaching and Activity Guide” to support staff in applying learning in daily practice.

The pilot timeframe has now ended and the refined curriculum will be available with a national launch in 2019. However if you’re in a pilot state you can still access the training by contacting your state lead or implementation specialist here.
